There's a problem with that. Some times I'm hasty with the report and forget to put in links to show the proof and then I can't re-flag because the system doesn't allow for a re-flag so the whole thing gets unheeded. On top of this a lot of new members don't know how to add proof or even know what it is exactly they can show to show proof.
so and so stole so and so's pack you guys get those kinds of flags all the time, and you just end up removing them because its not enough proof and people don't understand that. I know I didn't for the longest time, I have been a member here for over 5 months and I never knew that I had to post downloaded links. Until, like 2 days ago.
In other words the people who are trying to flag into the systems are also getting locked out of the system.
Its just not a very good system it kind of works but its not good.
It would be better if it did like a follow up saying after you submit the report that you can re-flag one more time if you did not provided download links for sufficient proof.
