Do they have a website or discord? I don't know what server this is. NC is pretty vague.

There are multiple causes for this issue. To determine which one it is, we need more information. What version of Windows, what graphics card, is it a laptop or desktop, etc.

It could be the CPU, or the graphics driver. Is the CPU overclocked? Has the graphics driver been updated recently, or has any new software been installed?
