HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN PLAYING MINECRAFT: I've been playing Minecraft for 5 years now, and I can tell you that I am 100% experienced and I am not learning new stuff from the game. (Except for Redstone and Command blocks tho xD)
HAVE YOU HAD ANY PREVIOUSE STAFF EXPERIENCE: Definitely yes. I've been staff (Mostly Moderator) on many different servers from the past. I can also tell you that I am an Experienced Moderator and I can deal with people either younger or older than me.

WHY WE SHOULD PICK YOU: You can pick me because I'm a trustworthy person. I don't abuse my powers and I would obviously still follow the rules (Just because I have a high rank doesn't make me not follow the rules). I can deal with all sorts of problems, to hacking, swearing and to all rule-breakers. I don't grief. I'm not like those other 12 year old kids who gets a rank and then suddenly turns all blocks into lava or TNT. I'm mostly active from 3:00pm to 8:00pm Central European Time(CET). but on weekends I'm available almost most of the day.
