Qualifications
I know how to edit and configure most plugins and I can learn about new plugins and troubleshoot errors rather quickly. I also know a lot about commands and how to interact with them.

I have tons of experience with Minecraft and also with configuring servers, I've had several servers that my friends and I have put together rather quickly, I've also helped people set up servers and get started with Permissions and other various plugins.

I only use skype for family and friends, you should try discord though its very modern and powerful and it runs 100% in your browser.

I'd recommend an Elgato game capture (http://www.amazon.com/Elgato-Capture-Pl ... B00840353W), then you could add your voice in post with some kind of editing program (Adobe Elements)

Why you should let me be staff on you're server?
I think that with all my experience over the last 4 years on Minecraft I have grown. From being the loyal player on a small server that shut down to being a mod on a slightly bigger server to starting my own server and employing staff to the day I shut it down. I think that I am a great person to have on you're staff I always like to make things nice and improve the player experience as much as I can. I always like helping new players, or helping a player find a resolution to a problem.

Why should I pick you for staff: I think you should pick me for staff because I am a caring responsible person when it comes to leading a server in the right direction. I have led some of my own servers in the past, I have also helped develop huge server networks and seen them grow. I also have a passion for making things great!

The more ram it has dedicated to it the more chunks it can keep loaded and the less reloading there is. Just my own personal experience your mileage may vary!

Going with the first one well...because #TeamIntel but also like someone above said Minecraft is a very CPU/Ram intensive game!
