Btw for the tab Menu as PEX and Group Manager doesnt have them, you can get NameTagEdit and setup groups which use perms in PEX or GM to give you tab prefixes, if this all sounds complex just read the NTE docs.

I've ran multiple servers in the past, and 3 days ago I started a new one. We need staff
as we are new and we have application form etc. But I get little kids coming saying "I don't go on websites I only do my apps in a book", I tell them if you don't put the effort in you wont get a chance.

I then get players who say there from random server list site and say they need mod, tell them we don't have a "Mod" rank so to speak and tell them I never signed up to the site they then leave.

Most players are fine and want to roleplay, but some people want everyone to look up to them as they are staff.
