bad news. im almost completely sure that ill abandon my chernobyl 1:2 recreation. school is really leaving me with almost no time and looking at a reference image every time before placing a block is super tiring. i also lost the will to complete the map and odds are im either gonna abandon completely or come back to it afteer a long while. in the meantime, i might make some small maps
unfortunate event. My gpu arrived yesterday but i didnt have a proper pc to test it. I had to take out my 2013 computer out and to use a double psu setup in order to give the gpu its required power. Long story short, the internal psu from the old computer started smoking and i fried it completely.
ya boy is getting a new pc :3. I did a really controversial take and refused to buy an rtx 5000 card since its mostly AI powered crap so i went with a 4070 super. (apparently still better than a 5070). Other specs: Ryzen 9 9900x, 32gb DDR5 ram, 480gb SATA SSD (for windows) and 1tb NVME (for games and other stuff)
i burnt the living sh*t out of my finger and now i cant use the W key on my keyboard (my worst nightmare came true, i cant play video games for a week or so 3:)
unfortunate event: my headphones broke. tip: dont buy galaxy buds FE unless you want to switch them in like 3 months or so. (no, i dont listen to music on high volume, yes, i clean them regularly but they still broke)
due to unexpected (expected) life problems, i wont upload in like 3 months or so. This is due to exams and other factors. I might make very small updates to some maps tho. I will be active on PMC on my phone.
i tried wiring a whole soldering station to a 7A wireless switch. Long story short that switch turned into molten plastic vapors and pieces in seconds. (it exploded lmao)
