Dotxia is cheap. It's 17$/M for 1GB RAM which I haven't seen any cheaper.

You have to either port-forward or use hamachi. You could also port-forward on Utorrent but that's still port forwarding.

You'll need to use your own money. I don't have any money left to work on this you see, but I do know a VPS company that's very cheap and I've used them before.

Though, when you buy it I can set everything up on it and get the server up within two days. All you'll need to do is buy it.
