How old are you?: I am 16 years of age.
How long have you played Minecraft?: I've played Minecraft for around 3-4 years. There was a extended period of time within those years which I stopped playing due to lack of interest and reality hitting me like a train.
Why do you want to be a Moderator on FlexCraft?: Well, ever since I can remember, staffing has always been a thing I enjoyed doing. I've done so on plenty of servers in the past. I get the feeling of authority which is something you really don't experience so often. It's a feeling that I enjoy. Once I realized that I enjoyed staffing on servers, there came a point in time where I was helping out as many server as I could. In the end, I decided to stop with my final server. It was called "OverlordPVP". We had our own network, domain, website, and even developers. In fact, we created a plugin which is somewhat similar to SmashMobs on Mineplex but before anyone says anything, this plugin was created two years ago. This was before Mineplex created such a plugin. We have a fully custom server however, that would soon turn against us considering the payments for several servers is a lot to pay. We were renting out a dedicated server after all. Through all of those servers, I've noticed I loved watching the community grow. There is just something about starting from scratch and building your way up to a well-known server that gets me. The feeling of accomplishment. This is something I want to experience again.
Do you know any staff from FlexCraft?: Sadly, I do not know any staff related to FlexCraft. This is actually the first time of me hearing about it.
How did you find the server?: After a while of wanting to help out a server but none of my friends were wanting to hosting and I lacked the money, I decided to see if there were any servers that needed help and posted any forum online. To my surprise, there were a ton. I decided to pick one that was looking well off to start with. I have seen so many servers with a owner that doesn't know what they're doing and some with owners that are too young to handle such tasks on their own. I spotted this one and thought it was a great place to return to staffing on. I can see that this server is wanting mature people and needs them. I think I can help you out in that department.
Proof of past experience as a Moderator: Most of the servers I've worked on in the past are down however, I do have contact with most of the owners. I have staffed on roughly over 20 servers in my lifetime so I know a few things about commands, plugins, permission nodes, etc. I can have the owners vouch for me VIA Skype if needed. Also, I cannot fully say that I've moderated on all of the server I've worked on. There have been some that I have Co-Owned and some that I was even higher than Moderator. This is fully up to the Application Team and whether they think I am fit for Moderator or not. Thank you.
