How long have you been playing minecraft?*
- Since the beginning of 2013, so about 3 years.

Was you ever in a previous SMP group? (if so why did you leave?)*
- I was in a few, which were all amazing, however, they eventually came to an end because the server owners either didn't have the time, or they just couldn't afford to run the server anymore.

How much time will you dedicate to the server?*
- I will be on daily, unless there is an event going on in my life. It is now summertime, so my parents like to do things, i.e. beaches, cookouts, etc. I also started playing tennis this summer, so I may be at a court for a few hours, but that shouldn't prevent me from playing in the morning and at night time. Whenever I am 'addicted' and eager to play something, I usually stay on for the whole day.. unless something stops me, as I mentioned above. Anyways, that's all about that.

5. Why you want to join the server?: I would like to join the server because I have recently been looking forward to playing 1.9 Survival. At first, I was thinking of playing single player, however I asked my self what was the fun in that? So, I went searching the PMC forums and landed here.
6. Have you been in a smp in the past?: I have just a bit, where the community was with either close friends or long time online friends.
7. Have you read all the rules and agree with them, if you don't tell me why: I have read the rules, and I agree with them 100%.
8. What is rule number 2: Rule #2 explains that you should interact with the community.
9. What does smp mean?: Survival Multiplayer.
10. What will you do on the server?: I will be doing what there is in survival. I'll interact with the community, build, go exploring, and more.
11. How much time can you play on the server per day?: I can play from 3/4 p.m. to 9/10 p.m. on week days. On week ends, I can play the whole day unless I'm busy doing other stuff.
12. Did you read and agree with Other Information?: Yes I have read and agree with all the other information.
