What would you do in these situations: Keep calm and really try to figure out the best way to solve the problem.
A staff member is using offensive language what do you do?: give a warning, if they keep going then tell a higher staff member.
A player is showing hatred to Hitler, Germans, Jewish etc. What do you do?: tell them to stop, and if they intend on being racist etc. then mute them or ban based on an admins decision.
A player is insulting another player with hateful words, what do you do?: tell them to stop, if they dont then mute or ban, again based on the admin, owner, or co owners decision.
A staff member is flaming another player, what do you do?: i wouldnt do anything unless it started getting serious, this means racist, sexist etc.
A staff member higher then you is banning everyone and griefing what do you do in this situation?: i would speak amongst the rest of the team to vote them out, i get you have higher power but its not fair to people who join the server who dont have your privileges.
How long should you ban a person?: up to either admin, owner, or co owner.
What is a reasonable banning?: hacking, racism, griefing, trying to ask for ranks. or saying a person is from planet minecraft without valid evidence.
What is a reasonable kick?: racism, hacking, flaming with curse words.
How well is your knowledge when it comes to plugins?: my knowledge is very little, but i could learn quickly.
