I will look around to try and find you a intro, but you should keep in mind that you don't "need" a intro for you videos.
It depend on what type of videos you do.
Normal "lets play" type video don't normally need a intro.
Skits (In game/ or out of game) should normally use a intro.

Over all I don't think that the montages are that bad.

-The music is ok at first but gets annoying at times (minor complaint)
-The black and white through the whole video is very annoying and should be mixed up with other effects, but still not be over the top because that is distracting from the content.

You killed any chance of getting anyone to watch your video due to your forum post title "I need Subs!".
When you say that it demanding people that they should subscribe to you for no point. Lots of people dont like to be told what to do and will be turned off from your channel before they even watch a video.
Who know if you content is even good? I dident want to watch your video before I even click on the post just because of the title. I wish you best of luck and hope that you change the title of this post.

The power to control electricity!
I wanted the power sense I was a little kid, and I still think its cool even though infamous stole the idea from me when it came out. (they still owe me $10 for the idea...jerks)

If your in 1.8 (or the newest snapshot) you can make a redstone clock connected to a bunch of command blocks to test for a player and use a redstone comparator to output a signal when a player enters the area, the best part is that you cant set if off again so its easy to have the event happen once but if you back track it wont have the same moment from the adventure map happen again.
