If there is a player having a large disagreement with another player and using curse words/caps what would you do? (Chose one choice, there is no wrong answer. This is to understand what your personality is)

a.) Temporary ban both players for an hour.
b.) Talk with both players and see what's wrong.
c.) Kick them both with a warning for caps/cursing.
d.) Tell them both to "stfu"

- What types of servers you play on: Creative, Survival, Hardcore, and mostly Factions servers.

- How long have you been playing minecraft: Since InfDev, when MC just started to have infinite terrain.

- Are you familiar with bukkit and plugins: I am great with such things and I love to configure plugins, although I am semi-new to coding with Java. I can code in YAML and XML, though.

- Why should you be mod: I love to manage communities and be a respectable person in developing a server and I want to show my capability of doing so.

- Do you know how to detect pvp cheats: I can always tell who is X-Raying/Using Nodus or other hacked clients. Also, I can detect and prevent things like DDoS attacks.

What types of minecraft servers do you play on? I play on all kinds and I'm familiar with most of the types. Usually I play on PVP, Factions/Towny, and Hardcore servers.

How can you detect hacks, that a player is using? I detect most things like clients and hacks with visuals, but sometimes I can rely on a plugin. (Usually NCP.)

Are you familiar with running a minecraft server, and do you understand configs, permission files, plugins, etc? I have run my own server in the past, and am thoroughly familiar with server config files, yml permissions folders and files, and can code in YAML and XML if needed.

What other minecraft servers, have you been a mod/admin/owner of?
I have owned my server but it is shut down. I Co-Own SoZ-PVP.
