Ei8htDarkSkulls pretty much said it all, but I would like to add that if you do choose to go down the spamming route, your server will become full of other spammers or enraged admins that will greif everything. Don't spam, it's just annoying.

Perhaps upload a screenshot of what you described, with all personal info covered over? I can probably help you, but what you said is a bit confusing.

EDIT: I googled it, this ftp://files.dlink.com.au/products/DSL-2730B/REV_A/SetupGuides/DSL-2730B_How_to_Configure_Port_Forwarding.pdf was the first result. I had assumed you had googled it first ಠ_ಠ

How much admin experience do you have: Quite a lot. I've been admin on several servers with 30+ players on regularly (Farador (now defunct) and Loomville mainly)

What you want to be(mod, admin, op): Anything, I don't mind. Mod or admin would be nice, but op might be a little too much to ask for considering you don't know me.
time spent on MineCraft every day: 2 - 4 hours.

A player dies and asks for his items back"that include diamonds and diamond tools", What do you do and why?: Well he's in survival - he lost them and he has to earn them back. Not my problem.
A friend is at fault and asks for your help. What do you do and why?: If it was a very minor offence I would consider helping and maybe ask for some leniency, but anything serious is his fault and I wouldn't help him out.
Maturity Level(1-10): 9.
Experience In Plugins Name Some: I have a large amount of experience with Bukkit - me and a friend set up a fairly successful Bukkit help service. I suppose some plugins in particular would be Permissions (PermissionsEx, bPermissions and GroupManager mainly), Essentials, Multiverse, WorldEdit and VoxelSniper.
How many servers have you been mod or higher on? Name them: OasisCraft, Farador, CrunchyCraft and Loomville (my main server right now).
Why do you think choosing you for a staff member is a good choice?: I hope I can bring a large amount of experience to the staff team, and I love playing Minecraft!

If you're using Essentials, the command for a nickname is /nick [name].
For the colours there is a protocol to follow: you use &[1-9] for basic colours and &[a-f] for funkier ones. For example - &4 [message] would give you a dark red message, or nickname, or whatever. For more info on the colours, search 'classic server protocol' on the Minecraft wiki and scroll down to the bottom. The list of colours and their corresponding numbers should be there. Also, you need to make sure you have permission to use coloured chat.
