Frankly, if we are talking US politics, I am more aligned to the Democratic party, and left wing policies. But I am more likely to favor a candidate who actually will get the job done, instead of just clinging to one party and blindly voting for one party consecutively.

You can say you are against gay marriage, just say it in a respectful and elegant manner. Don't anger other people by saying their revolting etc, just let it out easily.


I am personally for gay marriage as it does not bother me in any form or affiliation. As long as people are happy, I'm cool with it.

There is no Java section. However, there is a JavaScript. I recommend this guy, to learn Java in general.

Regardless, even if EULA wasn't updated these so called items and perks would've eventually disappeared. And, Notch doesn't exactly respond to everyone on twitter, especially lesser known people, (not trying to offend you, just validating my point).

And this pretty much sums up my opinion on what you should/should've done.


AzieYou bought their rank while the ToS/EULA already said that selling ranks such as the one you bought was not allowed. Now you're going to try to get your money back because they're trying to do the right thing by removing the ranks? I'd be nice about it as they might make cosmetic ranks that they'll give to existing "donors" instead of trying to get a refund on something that you bought even though the EULA is essentially the same as it is now.

I see 4 and 8 and potential violators of EULA. Back can and will allow players to go back instantly to retrieve their items if they die, thus it is an unfair advantage. 4 can potentially be alright I'd just make sure the plugin your using to do this doesn't give advantages of the mob.

Also, I noticed in the original post that you said premium ranks have the ability to apply for staff. I personally dislike this, and as a word of advice, anyone should be able to apply for staff, not just people who have money to throw at you. I do however see you as a somewhat responsible server owner for asking community members of a popular site for advice on the EULA, so cheers.

I'd definitely participate in this, but you'd have to make sure there was a certain limit on the words, otherwise the battles would just drag on, sort of what Knightsabers said.

This is the best advice I've seen, you should take it into consideration. Why do you exactly want a YouTube channel, to become famous, rich, etc? The majority of 13 old YouTubers often just post videos in order to become famous, in reality, they should be posting for the fun of it, not for the publicity.

As Murkrage said, your going to have to accept that she won't let you have an account. Besides, If you plan on recording any games, the files from your screen recorder will take up a lot of space. Doing something behind your parents back isn't the best think to do either, and if your mum finds out, then you will have consequences to deal with, and these consequences may never being able to have a YouTube, ever.

I purchased a Nexus 7 a while back. I do not regret it at all. Though, I'd save at least 50% of this money and put it in a savings account, and use the other 50% for less costly stuff, such as clothes, books, etc etc.
