Interests: Football, Baseball in real life. When it comes to Minecraft I am normally staff so I try to enforce the rules, resolve any player vs player conflict, and try to keep a good (Non-Grief depending on the server rules) community.

How could you benefit the community: My number one objective on a server is enforcing the rules. If a server sets a non griefing policy I will scout out for griefed homes and try to catch them in the act. I love to build, I have a small but nice house in the town Camelot. I dislike arguing so any arguing I see I try my best to resolve the conflict. I have tons of experience on many big servers including Zealcraft. I have been staffed on servers over 50 times so I feel my experience will help the community.
Why we should accept YOU: Based on my experience, I am very mature and always back up server rules/policy. This is my previous server staffing history. Admin 17, Moderator 26, Co-Owner 12, And Owner 2. Helper/builder 20+. I realize there is kids on this server so there is a no bad language policy. Based on this I now know that I do have to handle situations like they are little kids. Using long words and hard grammar wouldn't be an option when dealing with kids. But I actually help run my girlfriend's mothers daycare. So I am good with kids. However the older players on this server will be delt with a usual punishment. They disobey the rules, they have the face the punishment policy. I understand that SMP on this server is Anti-Grief, so I will spend many hours looking through griefed houses and trying to catch griefers in the act.

I like to try and run my community so everybody has fun. If you have a issue with someone PM me about it and I will try to assist you through your troubles with another player. I do not accept arguing in public. If two players or more are arguing I will tp to them to resolve the conflict. No trespassing! If someone has a Town and you weren't invited and they ask you to leave and you don't, I will insist you do. I understand there is no rules of this(As far as I know) But this can't be tolerated. If a server has No Griefing posted, if you are caught in anyway you will be instantly banned unless you can prove someone else did it or the server has LogBlock and your name does not appear. In PVP, if the rules state no spawn killing and one player does not follow those rules, 1 of two things will happen, either they get killed by command or kicked. I also feel that if someone makes claims doors and/or chests and do not return in a 30-60 days I feel that the house should be either taken down or sold/given away. However I will only do this on a server if there is a staff policy stating that you have to return in X amount of days. I am a fair employee. I will reason with you. If you said you didn't do what you were blamed of doing, I will look into it for you, but everyone is innocent until proven guilty. -
I've been running servers sense 1.2.5. My first time ever being employed on a server I was Co-Owner. I actually did great! That server was taken down when the Owner stopped paying for it to start collage. After that I started looking for servers on planetminecraft.com. I found a Head-Admin spot available on Meepcraft. I did so well in that server I was soon promoted to Co-Owner. I've been staffed on Faction servers. I am very fond of faction servers. However, I do not agree with staff are not allowed to have factions. I think staff should be allowed to have factions as long as they don't have creative, and do not abuse their powers. I understand some staff do abuse their powers, and if you are not in the spot to demote/fire them then report them. If more info is needed please add my Skype: SpiderBite32.
