Sandstorms. Blinding Sandstorms. God nothing ever happens in the desert.

OK, I got one. Just updated Minecraft. I go to log into one of the World servers and it won't because it claims my client is outdated. I've looked all over and cannot find this so called updated client. Does anyone have a link I could use to fix this problem? Please.

I'm going to say it again. Sand storms in the desert. Out there, you have nothing. I've never seen it rain, where it shouldn't too often, logic would dictate. I don't know if oasis's are part of the desert but I've never seen them and I'd like to. Not too many some though that could be discovered, least that way there'd be some trees. Further, while I'm on deserts. How about full on desert maps where it isn't always flat. Put some plateaus in there too. Go back and look at the old Everquest desert. Check out the Desert (really hate mentioning this next one) World of Warcraft's desert. Think Tattooine.

I may have already mentioned this but can't remember. An innovative reason to leave home at night. Something that can't be accomplished during when after the sun rises. A reason to not cheat by using the bed to skip over the night.

Wow, I thought I was going to mention this and find out it had something to do with settings that I didn't realize. Figured I was the only one experiencing these things.

I hope zombies go back to what zombies do best. Following the player with unerring determination. Letting no wooden door get in the way of its meal. Forming a crowd to make leaving your home a questionable thing to do.

I haven't run into a crowd yet to see if they bother me or not. I hope the developers have caught wind of this so they can fix it.

@Carbine15 YES same here, Skeletons and spiders attack. Creepers are behaving as they should too.

I'd like to blame a server but, I can't since I was in single player mode. I don't have any mods active. Textures are default ones, save for the skin for my character.

One more thing that struck me odd too is a recent change had more zombies spawning when you begin attacking one ore more. The more you attacked the more would show up. I liked that, This too isn't happening anymore.

For graphics to remain the same!!! Change them and it'll lose that retro sort of look that takes me back to the old NES days. The lesser graphics are part of the charm. It's the one game I have that doesn't scare my kid.

One thing that I've been hoping for for a long time is an innovation to go out during the night because as it stands right now, there isn't any reason to risk going anywhere when the undead and endermen are spawning all around. You either hang out in your shelter or home for a till dawn or use the bed.

And of coarse, please add a way to create a saddle instead of letting players relying on hope of finding one. OR make them available for a hefty price with the villagers. (Providing they haven't been ganked by zombies by the time you find the village) I know I'm not the only one hoping for a change with saddles.
