Help/JavaEdition Server website need help!

They are using HTML 5 and CSS3 for the reactive site, and the moving background is probably adobe flash player.

You'd have to get a professional web developer to do that, or at least someone who knows what they are doing.

Are you hosting it on your own computer?

If so, I suggest using a host. That is probably the only sure-fire way of getting a 24/7 servers.

Aman is right.

Its really, really hard to DDoS, and it only happens to servers where a lot of people go on, such as Lavacraft (Which has gotten DDOS'd many times, unfortunately.).

This is either a problem with essentials or WorldGuard.
There are disallowed blocks by default in Essentials.
Look up IDs for blocks, and you'll find that Lava buckets are probably one of them.
if its not in the Essentials config, then go to WorldGuard > Worlds (I think thats the correct directory tree.), and then go to the default skyblock world. You'll find that in the config for that, there will probably be another disallowed blocks list. Delete all the IDs in the list.

You should just go on some tech site that recommends computers.

PlanetMinecraft really isn't the place for this, because most of us aren't even close to being adults.

Staff experience : 2 and a half Years worth. Owned a server for 2 years.
Basic Essentials, Safe zone claiming etc : What do you mean by this? I know all necessary plugins for PVP servers.
Building (needed) : 6/10
Teamspeak : NEEDED!

I think I will include why I think I would be a good choice: I feel I am a great choice for this position because I enjoy helping people. I am not someone who betrays or abuses. I try to even help other staff members when they aren't doing something right, or point that thing out.
When (or if I even get accepted) I get staff, I will make sure I do the best job as I possibly can. I have good grammar, I am mostly all the time mature, and I never would abuse my powers. I am not someone that is power hungry, and I do not EVER ask for a higher rank. I usually stay quiet on the server unless it is to help someone in need of it. I would always respect ALL members. I wouldn't swear out someone that is annoying me or someone that is spamming, I would just mute the spammer, or just handle the annoying person correctly, meaning I would just stay quiet.

How long was the resource pack made ago?
If it was before 1.6, then it is a texture pack, and won't work period.

Also, if it actually is a resource pack, make sure it is unzipped, and make sure all the necessary files are in it.

Because the company was bought by Dell?

Dell doesn't manufacture the parts. The same people manufacture the parts that made them before Dell bought the Alienware company.

Alienwares are really, really fast pieces of hardware. My friend has an Aurora and he can even run Crysis 3 on Medium-High quality graphics (Really good, because Crysis 3 has the best graphics released so far.).

I personally recommend getting the Alienware Aurora. Nothing is wrong with it.

Javascript and Java are two totally different things.
Java is a game programming language.
Javascript is a web coding language.

I would suggest changing the name to something else.

Essentials is generally the best to do chat formatting.
It's not at all easy, but it's not hard.
My formatting makes it so Donors and staff have chat colors.
The chat color Donators have is Gold, or orange. Whichever you prefer to call it.
Staff have a light blue.
Owner has a light red color.
Change the Donor names and such to whatever you please.
Here's an example (my formatting):

There's not a multiplayer version of Too Many Items. There's only ONE version, and if you are OP or a rank that has the permission for /give or /i, then you can use it. If you are not a rank that can do that, then you cannot use it. Now stop your whining.
