Looks like your running Java 6 (1.6.0_31) which is too outdated for Minecraft to run.

The best solution would be to install the latest version of Java (Java 8) being as all versions of Java 6 and Java 7 will no longer work when Minecraft 1.12 comes around.

    Hope this helps

As someone who has a fair amount of experience building redstone computers i would advise that you start by learning about logic gates and how to implement them using redstone as they are used in almost every part of a computer.

How is your computer connected to your monitor?
If your using a VGA cable then that may be your problem, try using HDMI or DVI.

This does seem likely however the CPU shouldn't be bottlenecking the GPU this much.

iX1805Check your JAVA version here: https://www.java.com/verify/
Make sure if you're using a 64bit system / have more than 3gb of ram you install the x64 version, having the wrong version has been known to affect Minecraft incredibly.

If that's still an issue, you can attempt to designate more ram to the game.
If you're having difficulty assigning more ram, I recommend using the technic client to do it, it's a lot easier. You can find information to do that in the spoiler.

"If you've got the Technic Launcher at hand and want a quick way to find out, go into your technic launcher options at the top "being the cog" and check to see if you can designate more than 3gb's or ram, if not you're using a 32bit version of java"

Sorry if any of this sounded patronising, just wanted to cover all my bases

I have already allocated a gigabyte to minecraft(never goes over a gig on vanilla) and i can confirm that i am using 64-bit java.

The control unit is part of the CPU. When data is sent to the CPU it decodes the data into a single line(instruction) and turns on all the inputs needed for the calculation e.g. load ram and set ALU to add. Once the clock ticks the CPU will delete the current data and wait for new data.

Hope this helps, keep up the good work

You could try Terraria which is £7 on steam.
Other then that i would look for either older games or some modern 2D games.

It depends on the amount of cores. For example most games, like Minecraft only use up to four cores and the rest of the benefits come from the CPU's clock speed.

Note: CPU speeds are not all about cores and clock speeds, it also depends on how they are built which is why an I5 4690K (3.4GHz) is faster than a AMD FX 4350 (4.2GHz)

    Hope this answers your question

    To set a dialog destination use SaveFileDialog.filename = textbox1.text
(I used the SaveFileDialog as an example it should work with all dialogs)
