2) Why/how important is this to you? I love pvp and this server is all about it, what can be better than being able to help the server!
3) Past experience in this position or something similar to it?I've had my own faction server before 10-20 players on at all times well most of the time. I've been admin on a network before i set up portals and did some technical work sadly the server did not ever become big and me and the owner had a fight. Another server i use to be staff on is mechpvp a very good kitpvp server but i quit because I didnt enjoy it as much as i use too.

7) Are you good at managing time? Explain. Yeah can always make some time to play if needed.
8) How can I trust that you will be dedicated to growing this Server to the top?You won’t find me ‘sleeping on the job’! I have always been a person who doesn't like to ignore anyone, I always try to reply to everyone even if I’m getting spammed by other people. With all the servers I have been staff on before I have learnt how to calm people down, sort out sticky situations etc. I am never afraid to get my hands dirty and I am always up for a challenge.
If someone is rude to me I am not one of those people who has to be rude back to feel calm again I will just turn it around and make a joke out of it, but if it persists I will obviously take action on the player(s) in question.I work very hard when needed too but love to have fun too. I get a long very well with people and I won't fight with other players and say if you don't blah blah blah I'll ban you. I love this server so far it needs player and staff so I'm applying to help it out
I always help. I am always on the forums looking for players who are ban appealing and reporting hackers. Like I said before, I will try to help get hackers banned and help getting people unbanned who have sometimes been banned for an unfair reason. On my time on the server
