This is interesting, but the main reason why I loved PMC so much was that it was easy for smaller servers to get more population. All that was needed was post updates on your server reguarly and you would get more and more players onto your server.
Apart from YouTube advertising, this was the main website I got players from. Maybe you should still keep the old system under Servers as default and have Top Servers in a tab - this way smaller servers can grow more, instead of already bigger servers getting bigger.
Just my 2 cents, probably won't happen but it would be awesome to see PMC implement something like it.
