You could just download Risugami's mod loader and flans unofficial 1 Then go
type %appdata% in the run bar Then go to .minecraft open bin,Then open the minecraft jar with Winrar or 7Zip,Open modloader and modloader MP then drag the files into the minecraft.jar and then VERY IMPORTANT:Delete the Mete-Inf file
Then run minecraft, then (Possibly download forge depends on what mods you want)
Then a mod folder should open up: get a mod open the mod check if there is another folder in it (if there isn't and its just stuff like class files and folders then just drag the zip file in)But if there are files like Add to jar (You shuld put that in mods folder modloader created)If it says add to resources go back to resources open and add it(unless the folder is name resouces then just drag it into the .minecraft folder.
