I can code fluent Java and can do most plugin coding including all forms of perms. I can set it up in about 30 mins to an hour. Plus I do coding for multiple friends.

Experience with plugins and perms: I help multiple friends with perms and other plugin coding. I know pretty fluent Java but it's not perfect. I can do mostly anything for your server. Im in the process of Mod and Plugin making.
