Experience: I am owner, and still am owner on my own server. But it is pretty much dead. I coded custom plugins for my own server use.

Why you Need It: I have been coding for 6 months and counting, I have a good amount of java experience. The forum post itself is convincing, I want to work with a person that wants to create a dedicated minecraft server.
How can you Help: I can develop custom plugins to make the server better. I can also enforce the rules of the server when I am online.

Plugins/Building: Yes, I am quite well at bukkit developing, however, building is not one of my strengths.
How much will you Dedicate to the Server: If I am not online the server, I will be coding for the server, and I will maybe even just come onto the server and develop. I could be on for about 2-4 hours a day depending on what day it is.
How Long have you been Playing Minecraft: I have been playing minecraft for 3 years.
How will you Treat New Players: I will just simply remind them that the server has rules, I would also tell them how they could get to the server rules so they can read them over thoroughly.
How will you Treat Rule-Breakers: Well, it depends what kind of offence they have committed. If he/she is hacking, I would get the proof I need with a recording software, store it in a folder and ban the player.
Why we should Pick You (5 sentence. min.): I think you should pick me because I really want to develop for another minecraft server, I really want to practice my developing skills in general, I also want to meet new friends and people through the minecraft server that I am working with. I really think that I would be a good addition to the team because I would be able to code lots of really cool plugins to make the server more popular. I also want to help the server grow, as I am a very dedicated and responsible person.
