I have a very similar build to yours, mine has the GTX 1050ti and it can handle 70+ mods with Ultra shaders while recording, all while getting around 65fps. Your CPU is fine, I would order from newegg though, you can get a better deal and pay for better, if not free shipping. Also if you order a GTX 1050ti I think you get rocket league for free. I have the same PSU as what seems to be on your list, get a EVGA they are much quieter. And after all that if you have enough money you should look into a Core I5, a core I3 is great. No complaints about mine, but it gets you one step closer to an I7, if you ever wanted to buy one.
