Moderating Experience:I have been mod on two smaller servers with about 200 people on at a time. I left because I felt that the owners were not doing enough and were letting all the other staff do the work so i want to become staff on a better, more popular server.
Briefly describe what you think a Moderator is: A moderator is a fun, rule enforcing staff member. who will keep control of players and answer any querys they have towards the server.

What time and days will you normally be on:I would be on almost every day inbetween the hours of 3 - 9. Weekends will depend on what I am doing but that could be anytime all day. I would be on as much a s I could.
What would make you a good moderator (2-3 sentences should be good for this one, but feel free to elaborate as much as you'd like): I am a good moderator because I have fun. I have a laugh with other players on the server but I still act upon my duties as a moderator. I know when to draw the line and when to be kind.

Moderating Experience::I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on SlimeCraft, a 100 slot public server hosted by The Owner in the US. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on RazerPvP, a medium 50 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)
Briefly describe what you think a Moderator is:To protect the server from Spammers , Advertisers , Hackers etc. To be apart of the community.

What would make you a good moderator (2-3 sentences should be good for this one, but feel free to elaborate as much as you'd like):I think being a good mod is helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience, as staff of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards me, I think that's why I am able to be playing today.I am of great use. I love being apart of the community and mostly having fun and being there for people when they need it

Moderating experience: I was a Mod on 4 servers, 2 of which closed because of tech issues. I am an Admin on the 4th server, and a Retired Mod on the 3rd. I check in on the 2 servers quite frequently, and devote my time to both of them (Minecraft is my bae xD).
Describe what you think a Moderator is: I'd like to say that a Mod is basically the guards of you castle (Server), and help your community in the long run. I know from my past Mod experiences that we play an important role in server life. We can mute rude people, ban griefers, hackers, etc. We keep the server up and running, right next to the owner (You), and the Admins. We also can help with Advertising, which I've done a lot for the past 2 years. We are your soldiers, the Admin are basically court jesters, and you are the king/queen. Some may say that the owner chooses favorites for the positions, but I think you choose from either A). Time on the server, or B). Staff experience. I think I have both of those, and I also think you'd like me as your Mod.
Timezone: I just live in Ohio. x3
Time spent on MC: Maybe 3-4 hours atleast. It depends on where I'm at, and why. My parents are divorced, and have shared parenting as of right now. I will tell you if anything shows up that may bother my time on the server if I have anything.
What would make you a good Moderator: Well, my friends call me Monk, because I'm calm in situations. They also tell me I'm more like 40 than 16, because I just act responsibly, and in the appropriate manner when needed. I'd like to call myself an Oldie, because I've been playing MC for quite some time, and finally got Mod on my first server(s) a few months into the game. I am still Admin on a server (radiationnation.uk.to, if you're interested in checking it out ), and am hoping to get Head-Admin soon. I know, striving can be deadly, but I'm a druggy for responsibility, I guess. xD

Moderating Experience: I have been staff on various servers, despite all the numbers, all servers were a new and unique experience that I have learned to appreciate. I can help work to my advantage and will try my best to get the job done. I will help with what ever is needed to work up to what is expected of me.I would like to maintain the server, because I would like to achieve a new and fun experience, and inflict penalty on those who oppose essential rules.You should hire me over the other candidates because you’re not going to find anyone else with my experience and skill set. Frankly,they’re not as sharp as I am and not as driven. I’m motivated and I can add value to your server.I have top-notch administrative skills and I believe I'd be an asset towards the server. I have the experience that this position requires, and the flexibility to fill in when needed. I enjoy working with people, and would welcome the opportunity to be a part of your team. I have also noticed how new people sometimes don't feel real comfortable when they first join. Well I want you to know I can solve that. On a faction server it is hard to find a faction to join. I am willing to let any new member join a faction that I will create just to get them started. If they do not want to join my faction that is fine but having a faction to automatically be able to join will be so much easier, simpler, and a lot more comfortable. Now to a different topic. As I have said before there have been many people just spamming and spamming in chat and in Pm. Well most of those people that do it don't know that we can see it. So having a Staff member that will be there and be able to give the warning is a great thing for this server. I really am wanting to help with that so we can get that done faster and make the server even better than it already is. I think we all know that Hacking is a very important rule that if broken there will be very serious consequences. So looking at this website I have seen several post for people hacking with hardcore proof. And for whatever reason this update has come with some hardcore hacks. I want you to know I will be there and make sure that hackers are not getting away with Forcefield, Tracers, Sprint, Xray those are all hacks that are huge unfair advantages. Forcefield is the worst hack because you are defenseless to that hacker. Tracers is a hack that makes it to where you can never sneak up the hacker and they can find you before you can even render the chunk that they are in. Sprint is a horrible hack that allows others to run faster, more stealthy and never have sprint delays. I know that we all agree that is a huge unfair advantage. Now Xray is something that allows you to find anything you are looking for underground. Bases, caves. Good places to build bases all of these are so unfair. I am telling you that I want to completely wipe that out of this server. Doing that is not easy at all so it is going to take hard workers which I am. All of the staff are all hard working which is what this server needs. Yet, I can still assist them and they will be able to assist me in questions that even I have. Speaking about questions new members will have a lot of them and even members that have been on the server for a long time. I will be there to answer those questions in my time period. I promise you I will never abuse any command I have or show favoritism because I know that will be bring horrifying chaos to the fairness of all the players. Being a Moderator comes with huge responsibilities and I am a very responsible person. I follow and respect all the rules and I make sure everyone else is doing the same and being a good player. All the rules are rules for a reason and I am going to make sure everyone knows that and respects that. Now speaking of respect, I am a very respectful and respected person. I respect all members and any kind of donator. I especially respect all staff members.
HOW MATURE ARE YOU?: I like to think I'm quite mature since I grasp the concept of ''time and place''. Of course, I have my silly side, but won't use it if it's inappropriate for the situation. I'm currently 17 years old, if that has any link time maturity, I guess.

You ALWAYS have to attempt to take on challenges, because you'll never know if you would succeed if you don't try them. I am also born to take on challenges! I will do anything needed to be done for the players, for you, or for anyone in the matter. I have been playing Minecraft for a long time. I love to take on challenges, because it is what makes video games more fun, and life more fun.
