Essentials
Factions
Worldguard
Economy
Multiworld - You could add Creative,Skyblock,ect worlds if you'd like
SpawnEssentials

I can help you build spawn and builds like that.
I could *Try* to make you a texture pack when I get my new pc.
Could Advertize for your server.
Ect.

I recremend Putting the age limit down to 12+. Most people are age 8-15 that play mc.

Maybe a game called Blitz Brigade. It's Sadly Only On Apple Mobile Products. Has *Most* of the things your want. But it's kinda like a copy of TF2. This prob didnt help xD

My Tips:

Circle Around Them

Try To Run Around Them And Hit Them, It'll Be Hard For Them To Hit You.

Make Sure Your Prepaired

Don't 1v1 Someone That Has Full D Armor When You Have Something Worse. Try To Even It Out.

Be A Good Sport

If You Lose, Don't Be Like "-snip- HACKER -snip-!!!!!!!"... You *Might* Get Muted And That Is Childish. If You Win Say GG, And Maybe Go For A Re Match If They'd Like.

Have Fun

Remember Why We Do Anything In Minecraft. yup, To Beat The Hell Outta Noobs xD.Jk... Just Try To Have Fun At All Times And It'll Be Fine .
