This is mildly difficult, as there had been so many various movies/older shows I've seen, that sometimes I don't remember some even really good ones unless something triggers it, but here goes:
As a kid:
As a trilogy, the Peter Jackson "Lord of the Rings" (it very much established much of how I view fantasy, and has gotten me a little bit into Tolkien later on in life). As a movie itself, while later and not necessarily as high as the 3 previously mentioned, either "Spirit" (a little closer to when I watched LOTR) or "Earth to Echo" (A little later). Honestly though it's hard, there.
TV shows, we didn't actually watch TV (except maybe if we were at someone else's house or at a hotel), but we had the original Transformers and G.I. Joe TV series on discs, and I really liked both. Still do, actually.
At this time?:
Honestly, movie wise, probably the same, though there are likely additional movies I'm forgetting (as I'm writing this an odd choice for me, but "Mune" is one such). There have been so many movies that sometimes I really can't remember them all when I attempt to recall them on command.
TV shows wise, I still don't really watch TV, the closest thing is YouTube most of the time, but our family ended up liking the original the "Twilight Zone" (Favorite episode from what I've seen is "The Librarian", probably one of the best in my opinion) and the Dick Van Dyke Show (even if some parts are a bit dated or a bit of an awkward "eeeeeh"). In addition, I ended up liking Ninjago when I happened upon an episode one day (which for a long time had been dismissed by me as likely as either stupid and/or childish---my mistake, and sadly, not the only time I've done that), though I am not really overly aware of its current state, having ended around the Tournament/Ghost seasons.
Oh, and still the original Transformers and G.I. Joe episodes.
I apologize for the wordiness. Generally, I have a long train of thought, and certain things tend to pull or trigger other things with it sometimes. This is slightly condensed and cut off before it grows too long, honestly.
