What type of staff member do you want to be?: I want to be a staff member that gets people to stay on longer and gets more people on and gets them to donate
Past experience: Well, I have had alot of experience with Admin rank I have had friends that have started minecraft servers and I have applied for all of them, And I got accepted there was 20 of them but unfortunately they moved or the server got shut down or a new owner, I am currently Helper on FadeNation, Guard on CDGS and Guard on Frozencraft, I've been playing MC since it began so I know all of the beginners stuff and I can spot hackers really well, I know all the basics of being a Admin in genral, These are some more things I have done in my experience, I started my moderating experiences on Cobblecraft, an SMP server. After a few months of playing, I was promoted to become 1 of 2 admins the server needed. Before long, the
“Head Admin” rank was developed by the owner as he wanted to award admin to 2 others, and he granted me this new rank of Head Admin. I was numerously placed as the temporary owner of the server while the owner was busy or on holidays.The staff of Cobblecraft eventually ended up becoming "corrupt" in a way. They were a lot younger than I and wanted to focus more on fun and stupidity than being serious. I resigned because staff couldn’t see that blowing up that annoying person’s house was a bad idea. The staff didn’t have any understanding on how to run a server, and couldn’t tell the difference between right or wrong. After a month or 2, the owner of Cobblecraft invited me back as their “Coder”, a rank designed to deal with the technical issues of the server and to manage the plugins for them.

What can you offer to the server?: I can offer a great player base and a good community within the server, Say we have some staff member's that are triggered easy or just inactive I will try my best to either get them to play more or out of the server say they get triggered easy I would tell them to maybe say the things that annoy you and ignore it but when he needs your help him even if you dont get along with him.
What makes you stand out?: I think I stand out because I can offer more than some people maybe even higher ranks then me (Btw me and ImaPvPGod have a sense of humor the same so expect us to have the same reaction XD), I can get more people on daily and daily players and create a manageable society within your server, I bet you thought I was going to be one of those applicants that write barely anything XD But I like to take time and reply Unlike some others .
