It also depends on the community you're in. The community here is mainly PC MC players since that's the only platform you can share projects/resource packs/skins/mods on. It's not really neglected, just not focused on since this community doesn't have a need for it

It's possible to share MCPE worlds on Planet Minecraft, it's just not common since not many people know how to do it. All you need is a program that can view/manipulate the files on your phone. (I recommend iExplorer.)

I'm assuming you mean how to put them on your phone, in which case the solution is quite simple:

1. Download a map (For example, http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/mcpe-city/ ).
2. Use a software that allows you to view the files in your phone. (I recommend iExplorer.)
3. Locate your MCPE application and simply put the file into the saves folder like you would on the pc version.

Sorry for the lateness, but even then, I still believe that PMC should expand on the PE idea because right now, there's not much for those looking for PE maps.

I made a submission for the contest and it was immediately taken down. I made a necromancer, which was a person who took part in witchcraft and "claimed" to be able to bring back the dead. I have looked it up and verified that it is time period accurate, and would like an explanation!
