5- Usually if there is a problem, I listen to both sides of the story, ask around questions, and try to deal with the matter keeping the other staff employees informed of my progress.
6- I would like either head mod, or mod. Im very familiar with worldguard
7- I want to be a mod so I can be important again. I used to be an admin on an old server, but not anymore. I miss having that old responsiblity and now I am in search of another server.

9- I do have skype, but do not use it very often. Only when needed.
10- I have some free time to take care of the server, and I'll be on it as much as possible, but I do have a job and other responsiblities to take care of.
11- I am very mature, and on a scale of one to ten, Im most likely an eight.
12- I am very used to tping and dropping everything Im doing to helping someone, because Ive been an admin on a server. I have done it before, and will do it again.
