How good are you? If you are asking my experience with coding I am mostly self taught with about 8 years of experience majority of which is spread between Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL (although that's technically not a language, but whatever) I have been developing bukkit plugins for the last few years and I worked on a ForgeMod before that. I put a link to my GitHub below so you can check out some of my work!

How long have you played minecraft? Since 1.2.5

Any previous work? My GitHub has a few of my plugins on it, and I have a few more small ones that I haven't released, I also have a plugin on BukkitDev!

Why should we choose you? I'm dedicated and a hobbyist programmer, if I am not eating, sleeping, or working, I am most likely writing code! I am mature and have a set schedule that I am on every week (only variable is my girlfriend) but that should still leave me 5+ hours a day to work on the server!

Anything else? That should be my Skype, but if its not let me know!

Experience: I have experience with Essentials, Groupmanager, Towny, mcMMO, WorldEdit/Guard, ChestShop, as well as my own plugins.

Previous Staff Occurrences: An Owner of my own server (lasted about a year) and a Head Mod on a different server (also lasted about a year) as well as several small servers for friends.

Best Self-Used Plugins(What's your most experienced plugin to you): Essentials and GroupManager are probably the two plugins I have the most experience with, other than my own plugins of course.

I know I mentioned GroupManager a lot, but I can look into PEX in the next couple days if the server is stuck with that!

Also, there has been a lot of mention of payment in this thread...I won't require it by any means, but it will not be turned down.

Why do you want to become a part of staff:I am amazing with almost any plugin you can throw at me to use and I am a very fast learner. I have used plugins like Essentials, , World Edit, World Guard, Group Manger, and many more. As a staff member am very helpful and kind to players and I try to keep away the hackers at all costs. I always warn advertisers and spammers before they get kicked. Although, if I see a hacker and have proof (Screenshot, video, ect.), I will instantly ban them. I have no patience with hackers but try to be fair with everyone else finding hackers is honestly one of the easy things i can do.

Previous experiences as being a staff: I have helped many developing servers with their plugins and setting up their donation system. I love helping others more than myself and I spend most of my time on the computer working on other people's servers. I have plenty of time dedicated to helping these servers and I always can get the job done for them, no matter how hard it is, I always stick with it until the end.I am pretty good at advertising look good. I know how to make people want to donate to servers. I have helped about 5 different servers grow and turn into huge successful servers.

If your hosting the server on your computer(which you obviously are) you need to give others your external IP try http://www.myexternalip.com

EDIT:
It is normally a bad idea to do this so i recomend trying out a DNS service like http://www.no-ip.com which is free
