    Took a night walk through the rain
    Went probably little over a mile and ditched the umbrella part way through and just decided to get soaked.

    It was very nice and relaxing even with the lightning about 2-3 miles out

    Ive gotten back into writing and i'm about 1650 words into a story with one incomplete chapter so far. I used to write on and off a couple years ago and i have taken a creative writing class. But i haven't written with the amount of confidence i have now so I'm not giving up on it because i made a mistake or didn't like where it was going like i did before.
    I might post some of it as a story blog sometime, probably if i can finish writing two chapters.

    There is always something magical about revisiting a childhood game. I recently got KSP again (i probably had last played it in 2017 or 18) and back then i was never able to actually land on the mun or any planet (Kid me had no clue the trajectory calculator was a thing and just eyeballed it which usually resulted in crashing into the planet at mach fuck). But now i had no issue going to the mun and back. Its immensely satisfying to do something in a game that you were unable to do when you were younger.

    So, I'm currently volunteering for a roofing project and i feel really bad for the person I'm helping. In the last couple days me and a couple other people took all the old shingles off the house and found the monster hiding underneath. There were several spots where the roof had almost caved in, rotted supports, alot of bugs etc... Along with a spot where the roof had rotted directly into the house. i could look down from the roof into the house and see a room destroyed by water damage. its bad. I feel really bad for the homeowner. I estimate even after replacing the water damaged boards and re roofing, the house only has a couple years left before its unsafe to live in. and worst of all, the homeowner probably cannot afford a new house. feels bad man :(

    Its not even summer and its already miserably hot here. Within the last couple days the heat index has hit over a hundred degrees.
    guhh I was not made for this heat.

    Well, I've known PMC for probably over a decade so i cannot really remember how exactly i found it but it would have to be when i was very new to modding minecraft and i must of came across it looking for other places for mods. Back then I mainly used PMC for mods and maps aswell as a skin or two for 1.7.10 when 1.8.2 was new. and like maybe 5-4 years ago i started using the skin editor to make personal minecraft skins or edits of existing skins. I didn't really start engaging with the community until like a year or two ago.
