What you can do for the server: As the servers admin I can bring experience, safety, and peace among the players to the server by using something as minor as a temporary mute to something as large as a ban if needed.
How do you handle two people in an argument?: I would deal with an argument, first with a verbal warning. If the two are still fighting after the warning I will temp mute both of them, depending on how far the fight has gone somewhere from 5min all the way to 24hours if the argument is too heated. After that if the argument continues after the mute I will triple the mute time 5 to 15, 24 to 72. Since I see no need in kicking people if the fight is still continuing (very unlikely, but possible) it will result in a ban.
