Back story: Cleo ran away from home town to escape her abusive parents and everyday life bullies. With all her money she managed to save up, she moved into town hoping to start a better, happier life. Cleo eventually found Neko High and decided to enroll to the school as a transfer student.
Personality: Because Cleo was bullied and abused, she doesn't like to talk much about her past. She's shy, mysterious, sensitive, and sometimes aggressive to strangers. Surprisingly, Cleo could also be quite talkative, cheerful, willing to take risks, and a bit silly once you get to know her but she also tends to be clingy to others. Rarely, but possible, Cleo would be curious and stalk people that seems different or somehow important to her. Could be scary but scared, miserable, lonely, depressed, and a LITTLE insane, loosing sanity when ignored, made fun of, or hurt.
