You gave us no clue as to what the server's about, what version it is, or why only one person is allowed. Sounds like a waste of time to me. For all we know it could be modded, but you didn't mention that and we wasted time logging in and pasting the IP.

Name: Lucas Skarpness

Time Zone: CT

Age: 13 (I've been told I'm mature for my age.)

Talent:
Real life: Tennis and saxophone.
In-Game: Building and redstone.

Desired Position: Building

Past Experience: I have made a map before. Sadly, it was never finished due to our builders dropping out half way through. I have made mini-projects on my other account (http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/proflucas/). This account is currently inactive.

About Yourself: I see myself as a patient person. Usually when there's disagreement, I try to fix it so we can move forward. I'm also a neutralist, so I never really side with one party (even politically, I am moderate on both sides.) When there's something that concerns me, I side with what I think is best. Also, I live in Minnesota, and as I've stated before, I love to play tennis and the saxophone. I also like beef cakes!

Why do You Want to Join: I have been looking for an organized group to join, and this one seemed the best. I like the strict requirements as well! I find it very professional and worthwhile to apply.

What Makes You the Best Pick?: I'm an easy person to work with. If you want something done, I don't criticize or ask why! If you ask me to, I will give my opinion. I have a lot of experience in the building field, so I'm very serious about building. I try to add depth to everything I build so what I build doesn't look flat. I love what I do, and with what I do I hope to inspire others to be creative too!

Preliminary Portfolio: Everything on my old, inactive account. I will link that below. Everything not mentioned in this list will be explained in words.

These are some of my old builds. I am now specialized in medieval building and (somewhat) modern. I have also build for a town on a Towny server (fantasy themed). I also have a few photos that I can post to you over Skype or Discord.

Skype/Discord: My Skype: Zamakura
I also use TeamSpeak 3.

1. Name- Lucas Skarpness
2. Age- 13
3. IGN- Asavii
4. Skype(With working mic only)- Zamakura
5. Specialties in Minecraft(Redstone, pvp, tactics, ect.)- I've build plenty of things with redstone. I'm decent at pvp, and I'm pretty strategic. I'm most passionate about building (currently training to build for money). Overall I'm pretty good at the whole Minecraft schematic.
6. Why would you be a good fit in WolfPack?- I've been looking for a nice group to join. I think I'll like factions (I've had past experience with a huge faction, but the owner sort of left us ). I also like the idea of a pack, it makes me feel like it's more of a family than anything else.
7. Tell me a little about yourself.- I live in Minnesota, United States, and I love to play tennis and the saxophone. I've been playing Minecraft since 2012 (1.2.5 update).

Communities/Teams Anyone Willing to give me/make a few skins for YT Series?

I make all my own skins. PM me details of the skin you want made (I prefer very detailed descriptions). Usually skins get from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, and they're good quality (check my account for some examples). One of the skins on my account (the hooded one) has been edited quite a bit. Check my current skin for the updated version.
