Minecraft/Servers New server! Need staff!

Experience with xenforo?: None :/ I know this may affect my chances a lot, But I can learn. You can give me experience with it. People have to start somewhere. Please don't let this affect it.

Why should you get picked for this over the others: I am experienced with many areas of staff. I have been staff on easily over 20 servers. I want to be given this chance to start new and fresh. Some owners think I would become inactive and disloyal, But owners I have staffed for say I'm very loyal and active. I would be good at keeping this in order and running smoothly. I will say though that I'm not sure I'm very good at doing plugins as much as you may want. Might have to teach me a bit or I can just help run website and the inside server. I do not feel right to only tell you the good, But also the bad. For I believe you should know exactly what you are getting. I have been known to have a rage problem when I feel something is unfair or not right. I have been a drama queen in the past, But am working on these issues and many more. Some people would tell you I'm the nicest fairest person you will meet. Others will say I'm a horrible person. Depends on who you are. I am known to be nice to players when I am staff. I would really love this chance. Thanks!

How many hours can you dedicate each day?: I don't like to make promises because things happen and you cant keep them, But I am a very daily player usually.

I have never been Head_Admin but would really love the chance someday. I have been Co_owner on 1 server. I have also recently just shut down my server. So that means I have clearly been a Owner. Additional Comments(include exclusive stuff about you): Well... Umm... I am pretty much just a girl who loves minecraft and playing with people. You better not be sexist. People against girls playing minecraft or thinking they cant do crap highly upset me. Yes from running my server, But not sure you'd say I'm really good. You can always help teach me more as well. You have to learn somehow.

Do you know how to edit the configuration files?:
Kind of. I'm used to doing it using Fragnet as hosting company. They have McMyAdmin.

Are you pretty good with commands in game?:
Well God at the ones I know. If you tell me a command. I wont forget it.

Will you be able to make a commitment?:
I don't like to make promises because things happen and you cant keep them, But I am a very daily player usually. I would like to say Yes though, But I don't want to promise. Even though most likely Yep.

Umm.. Actually a lot of people play on it usually. It was not meant to sound that way and its not my server.
