How long can you come onto our servers daily? (Hours) - Around 2 to 4 hours
Why do you wish to join our Moderation Team? - I wish to join your Moderation Team to keep people in line. I want to make the server a fun and happy environment for everyone. So basically, I want to help you deal with cheaters or just generally the "bad players", in order for other players to enjoy your server for a long time with no stress of being wronged.
What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - For this specific situation I encountered, I wasn't staff, however my position was close to a staff member's job. I was a gym leader for a pixelmon server and granted commands such as /invsee plus more, but the rest are irrelevant for this example. A player accused another that they stole something of theirs, which the other denied. I used the command, and the other player had lied, they indeed had stolen the item. So I screenshotted and reported to a higher ranked staff, unless they were able to comply and give the stolen item back.
What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different servers? - Around the time I first started playing minecraft, I helped a friend of mine build a role play server as an Admin, but later moved down to Moderator, only because I couldn't offer as much time in the past. When the owner quit, I co-owned the server with my cousin. It wasn't a huge server, but at peak hours, we'd often get a maximum of 20-30 players at one time.
How many Staff positions have you held before? - I don't apply often, but I've been Admin, moderator, co-owner (for a short time though), and helper (for this one, server was discontinued a little while after.). I've held the staff position of admin and mod for a couple months before dedicating time for school.
Are you willing to be loyal and only be staff on our servers and not others?(If your found to be staff on another servers and or server, you will be banned and rejected from applying for any other positions here at VADservers). - Yes, I absolutely agree to solely work as staff on your servers. I'm currently not staff anywhere else.
What country are you currently in? - Philippines, but I'll be moving to Australia in exactly 2 weeks.
What is your TimeZone? - GMT +8 hours, in two weeks it'll be GMT +10 hours (without daylight savings)
Why should we choose you? Please be honest, and detailed in your response, any short answers or responses will be rejected. - You should choose me because I'm very easy going, and very easy to work with. I've never caused much trouble between peers and/or friends. In fact, never been banned or told off from any server I've played on. I'm a fast learner and usually never have to be told twice to do something. I've also worked with the typical plugins used in most servers when I worked in the role play server. (Permissions, essentials, world edit and a couple fun plugins like disguises. It was a long time ago but I've also worked with role play necessary plugins that give you powers.) I could just as easily relearn everything as I've got plenty of free time. There was a time where I played around with all kinds of bukkit plugins when I created a bukkit server just for my cousin and I. As a 19 year old female, I'm quite mature. I'd give myself a 9/10 in terms of maturity. I can be fun, don't worry, but I know where to draw the line and be stern. I've never betrayed anyones trust (in real life and in game), more often it's me being betrayed, but that's besides the point.
And if you personally think I'm not fit enough to be a Moderator, then all I simply ask is to be a Trainee to prove my words.
