Do you have any past experience as a server staff or developer?: Yes, I tried to start my very own Minecraft server. This gave me lots of experience with managing plugin files of various plugins and as a plugin manager. I decided to discontinue my Minecraft server in favor of developing for other Minecraft servers, hence why I'm applying here.
How would you be able to improve our server?: I will improve your server by being able to keep everything in line behind the scenes of gameplay and properly manage the server plugins. if I will be working with other plugin experts, I would say I am good at compromising to other people's opinions, which would make me very useful for your team of staff. I also have some experienced with plugin compatibility, which is figuring out what plugins go well together.
Do you code?: Yes, coding is my hobby and I sometimes do it in my free time. I took a few lessons on java, javascript, HTML&CSS, and python is codecadamy, which is where I got most of my coding skill. I mainly used my javascript skill to make basic security for websites, but I am open to new areas.
Are you able to edit ranks, permissions, and plugin config?: Yes, this is an area that I consider myself very good at. I gained a lot of experience in this when I started my own server as mentioned before. I also have all the tools to be a plugin manager already installed on my computer because of this.
