So you want to make an adventure map? Well, your going to have to put up a whitelist only server because #1: If you need help you need to do this. #2: Make it whitelisted for avoiding greifers.
Were also going to have to know what to build and where so having something like Mumble or Teamspeak on the server would be better than just using plain old chat.
Also we would need to know what type of map it's going to be. A puzzle map? A parkour map? A dungeon crawler map? A mixture of the 3? It could be anything that you would want to do.
Why?: I'm an okay builder, but if you need me to build something, i'll try to build it as best as I can. I'm also okay at redstone too. I only build practical redstone contraptions though. (like day/night streetlights, small piston doors, stuff like that) I know how to make good furniture, circles/domes too.
It will eventually die sadly. I have a suggestion though, for Minecraft's last update. It's an extra option when your creating your world, you can choose ANY version of the game (classic-survival test-indev-infdev-alpha-beta-release) so we can see how this amazing game grew up, matured, and eventually died. :'(
