NamezIt actually isnt. People will boot PMC causing it to go down. If PMC used a better host with better ddos protection we wouldn't have a problem. But |somebody| won't. Its no good excuse to why it isn't on a better host. They can obviously afford it... They obviously have the time to...

Honey, when you're equipped with all of the facts, then you may criticise the host(s), as it is, you do not.

Just to clear some things up:
1) CloudFlare =/= our host
2) Our host =/= the sole cause of the problems

It's the data-crawlers interfering with the terraswitch output while the server is handling the header request from the ISP com-link.

Basically things are getting caught up and not working.

If you're using IE, don't; use Firefox or Chrome. If you're not using IE, can you show us a screenshot?

You missed the last 2 paragraphs in the blog. I never said w3schools was the only place, or the best. I said I used it when I was learning, and I found it helpful. I am well aware it does not cover everything, however it does cover a lot. I'd be genuinely interested to discuss this with you over a PM. From your profile it seems like you know a thing or two about web development.

I'd like to add, just so people don't think I am being unfair, the blog by CNC was posted just a few hours ago. The Angel Block blog was posted in 2012, when the rules were different and allowed that sort of blog. As it was posted in 2012 when the rules were different, it is allowed to stay on the site as the blog broke no rules when it was posted, if it is ever updated, it will break the rules and will be removed.

I have no favourites, no bias, I remove posts which break the rules and ban the poster, regardless of who they are.

the_soup, FoxHound,Snowy and Charlizard.

I have many more people I like, but those 4 are my favourites, because I have not only spoken to them/known them for a while, but also because I have been able to speak to them about personal and private issues and I know what we say to each other will be kept confidential. They're good people.

Before people start to shout and argue, I will be banning people who start argue and fight, and ultimately locking the thread. Keep it civil, or I will stop you guys having nice things.

Paril made the WYSIWYG editor for the main site, the forums (I believe, not 100% certain) were customised from a forum template/package thing when the site was first made. There may or may not be some special awesome forum thing happening at some point in the future though.
