How old are you?: I'm newly 15
Have you ever had any infractions (any server)?: Yes I have, because I had raided a trial mod's base on a factions server.. which I didn't know at the time was out of bounds.. they didn't make any effort into telling me. I had to email them asking why.
What time-zone are you located in? (Helps us determine when you will be online.): I am located In the Greenwich Mean Time Zone.
Describe your previous experiences in moderation: My previous experiences have been as a mod and a trial mod for small, pvp/towny servers. I had to deal with griefing, banning, and commands (which I still don't get half the time) I've been through many situations, such as; Hacking accusations, cyberbullying and more along the lines of those.
What makes you an important asset to our team?: I believe that an important asset to a team of moderators (etc) is that you need to know how to communicate with people, get your point across and socialize with your fellow community. I, myself love socializing and like explaining reasons such as; "You're friend has a temp ban because.." etc, etc. But I believe to have a great team you don't need to just talk, moderate, you need to play and have fun with your players that are devoting their time to have fun and play on your server.
What do you believe the responsibilities of a staff member are?: I believe the responsibilities are being there, for the server(s), no matter what also devoting time and being yourself to help resolve problems.
Describe your weaknesses/flaws: I don't let things go easily, and I don't end a fight easily, I tend to go on until (if the person is wrong) admits to doing their wrong, if I'm wrong I eventually apoligise and tell them what I thought (as honesty is key. when it comes to cooperating.)
Do you have teamspeak/skype to communicate?: I have Skype which I will give if I'm considered and I will get teamspeak if absolutely necessary.
How often will you be able to dedicate to the server?: I'll be able to dedicate after school time (15:30-22:30) and the weekends, if I'm with my mum probably 2-5 hours, but if I'm with my dad (every other weekend I am...) I'll only be able to do about 1-3 hours. If I get terms off, or I'm sick I'll most probably be on all day.
Is there anything else you would like to add?: I'm a very reliable person, I'd give up almost anything to do a favour, I'm also very pleased with how honestly I've described myself in this applicated. Thanks.
