Hello I understand you are frustrated there's nothing worse than a hacker running the experience first make 100 percent sure that he wasn't just joking I've banned tons of people who say that and it turned out they were joking around. Second if your absolutely sure he is a hacker report him make a post on there enjin sight in ban apeals or if you think he should just be kicked a while do that. If the server owner doesn't answer or any of the builder, admins, mods, ext.. Then wait remember they can get busy and another thing if you really think he is just being a pest kick him from your clan this is one of the best ways to deal with a hacker! Please try this advice and I hope you keep playing!
