I remember a bit of something about plant & sky colors so maybe you'll find this interesting

our plants are reflecting the most abundant light from our star (green) because absorbing too much light can damage the plants.

it also might have to do with the idea that there were 2 types of algae(?) at first that were purple and green, the green ones eventually becoming dominant, so - chlorophyll. you could also look up cyanobacteria (green-blue) and halobacteria (purple) to get a better idea on the topic.

plan "green" turned out to be better I guess

so it's very possible for all 3 to happen

black - if the red star is not emitting enough light for plants to use as energy, so they need as much of it as possible
red - if the red light from the star is too intense and they can get by with everything else
blue - if there's little light and the plant is trying to absorb most but not all light from the star (so a slightly safer option than black)

also I thought I heard that our sun counts as a yellow dwarf? (while emitting yellow and green light)
