Experience: I have been staff on a server with a player base of 250+ plus ive been staff on 10 other servers
Timezone: CST
Time u can be on a server once a day: 8 am to 11 pm on weekends and 6 pm- 10 pm on weekdays
What makes u a better Admin/Mod: I have a lot of experience with staff and I know a lot about plugins.
How would u treat two people that are brawling in the chat: I would tell them to stop fighting as a warning and if they keep doing it mute them both not ban unless they were swearing a lot.
