How many hours can you play every week: A good 16-20, possibly more if I can get on at different times.
Do you have any previous experience: Yes, lots. I have been staffing for about three years. I have the most experience in Administrative positions, and have taken part in seven successful servers as an Admin; I stayed with those servers as long as possible - until I felt it was time to leave because of corruption or shut down. I have filled Moderating positions and Community Managing positions on countless smaller servers, as well as one moderately-large server.
Why should we choose you over others: I believe you should choose me over others not only because of what kind of person I am, but because of my ethics. I don't apply to servers so I can play on them in creative and so that I can just help out here and there; I apply to work on servers so I may actually WORK to benefit the server. To help others, keep justice and balance, and work in whatever area I'm in as methodical and efficient as I can. I don't want to be staff just because of the prefix and the permissions, I want to help the server and convince members to be respectful. These are all things I think a staff member should stick to/apply to themselves. Now, while I do love being all serious-like, I'm a weirdo. I'm crazy fun and I love to just hang out and chat for hours on end with each and every player I can connect with, as this is my favorite thing to do. It's so much fun for me, I've even labeled it: Community Managing. It's what I want to do for online gaming forums, gaming communities, etc. when I get old enough to sit around in a classroom to learn something I want to learn.
How mature are you on scale of 1-10: Easily an 8, probably a 9.
