We can't accept your application due to the following.1. Answers are way to short
2. We would like to you provide more information on your moderation experiences what you've learned and how you can use it on our network.
3. Grammar is a bit off is a few questions including one spelling error.
Things we did like about the Application.1. You admitted your ban, quite a lot of people can't seem to do that most times.
2. We like the fact that you are 15 years old, which we will be raising the age limit once we get a proper number amount of a Staff Team.

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than they? - You would have to be calm and patient as they may not know what should be known.
Things to improve on the next Application you create. Try working on 2-3 Sentences a question, some questions may not require that as in IGN such things as that, also include a grammar, we don't just accept any Staff Member that doesn't use Grammar. Overall on the Application, it's pretty good but need's some work.
