Luckiest:
A donor on a popular server had fell in lava when trying to pvp me and once he finally got out of the lava, he died with all god armour and I got it all =3
Unluckiest:
Spending a good few hours on the Computer playing Minecraft (like a bum =3) and finally finding the end portal. Being so smart, wearing my only diamond armour and as soon as I place, what i had thought to have been all the Ender eyes, on the portal. I jumped in without looking from excitment (since i had never been in the end) and jumped into the lava below by mistake and burned to death
I was so sad LOL
