Minecraft/Discussion What is happening to this game?!? (This is a very long rant)

This is why I play on a whitelisted server So it is purely vanilla but no worry of griefing, everyone is friends etc

I was hacked admins please help!

So a while ago someone made a post called "Dragon Mod" and it looked interesting so I clicked a link and it came up with a screamer/virus type thing. I then forgot all about it. Today I came online and found some more of these posts with the same names, but there was a difference...I had made them. Or rather, someone had used my account to make them. Any one that clicked the links should change their passwords at once!

It doesn't say I made them when I click my name at the top left, I have tried to go through all of them and remove the links, and I have of course changed my password.

I wanted to stop anyone else having this happen to them, and make sure the admins know that I am not a spammer and was in-fact hacked or something

I would recommend windows 7 over 8 at the moment anyway, and tbh macs are terribly over priced for how good they are, my windows pc with 16gb ram cost about the same as a 3gb ram mac laptop... :p

I used to use Chrome, but for some reason everything started becomingreally slow, on speedtest i would get like 0.5 download, but on any other browser I get 40. I use Firefox now

I think it is good for them to add in new redstone stuff, but not really to change what is already there. So many things will no longer work, assuming the change is really big

on a server, i went to the nether, and when i tried to go back through the portal, a ghast shot at me and blew up the portal. I survived for a very long time until someone came online and i asked them to make a new portal, but when i tried to go through that, a ghast shot at me and blew up the new portal, and they had gone offline. GRRR!

i use fraps which most people say is best, but bandicam, camtasia(really expensive) and dxtory are alternatives
