Minecraft/Servers Builders/Devs needed for new server

My Dev Expiernce: I have done quite a lot of Dev work in the past but the thing that I learnt the most from opening my own server. The server I owned was called TecraPvP
I owned it with a few friends but I am the one who payed for it but anyways I configured all 85+ plugins on the server we were averaging around 10-15 players which was fun but we had only managed to get 20$ worth of donations in 3 months so were weren't making any profit so sadly I decided to close it down. Proof: Look at my account. Right now I am Developer own a small server called EggWars (Pm me for Ip)
I have configured kits and also Ranks Permissions I have also shown the Owner how to do lots of commands and shortcuts aswell I also configured a lot more plugins aswell.
The last server I will go into detail about is a server I'm Admin on it is oblivion factions (Pm me for the Ip) I know this is a developer application but I also know lots of other things in general so that was just a little heads up.
I have been Dev on lots of other servers but I don't want this app to go on for much longer.

What I would like to help with: I would like to help make the server a nicer place, confiuger plugins and make sure everything is running smoothly.

Previous experiences on servers : I have mainly been Developer on servers but I have owned my own server twice I have been Dev six Times , admin 3 times mod twice, and helper 4 times.
How much you will be able to be online : 10 Minutes - 3 hours
Skype (its okay if you dont have but it would be nice if you did, if you dont wanna give it on here you can do it in game) : Monplays1
What you would do on the server : I would make sure no staff are abusing or players. I also have a no discrimanation policy so if I hear any racist remarks I would temp ban the player for 1 Hours - 3 Days but it all depends on what they actually say. I would also develop and configure plugins. I would also just make sure there is no hackers or cheaters on the server.
Position: I no this isn't in the template but what ever. I would take any position but would mostly prefer Dev , Admin or Manager.
Age: 15
I cannot help pay for the server, but the time I put towards the server will pay off.

Servers You have bee staff on: I have been staff on lots of servers but not any massive ones like skydoesminecrafts but small communitys.
How you would deal with Players that are not following rules?: I would keep an eye on them maybe invsee check what there doing in /v. If they were hacking I would tempban if they weren't I would still watch them for a few days and then if there clean I would leave them.
Every Been Banned from a server?: I have been banned of one server owned by a kid I said may I apply for staff and he said no F**k of no one will ever like you and then he banned me.
Anything else?: I have owned some servers of my own so I know how to deal with hackers and I have lots of knowledge with WorldEdit and Essentials
