How long can you come onto our network daily? (Hours) - 4-5 hours daily
Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - I see this server shows promise the creator of this post put alot of effort into the application process and i can see that he is mature by his wordings and his rules, I wish to work on a server that shows promise instead of a server that dies out the instant it is made
My way of judging a server is to see how thier staff behaves because staff represent the server in all means. I can set a role model for staff by behaving with the utmost maturity and professionalism and that will grow the playbase and the trust that the community has in its staff. noone would want to join a server where the staff are immature
I wish to make a change in a server. Because minecraft is now dieing because of kids running the servers and people losing interest in servers as they have nothing new to offer. i wish to be a change an a new bond in all those ideas and make minecraft great again
What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - Well about a year ago i was staff on a server named vulcanmc which was pretty good but the owner was running the server in a very bureaucratic way and everything had to be run by him. Bans mutes kicks everything. how ever one day the owner was not on and one of his best friends kept racially abusing me a and i couldn't do anything about it as i was just a lower ranked helper so i recorded our chats and screenshotted his convo and post it on the staff group. The owner was reluctant to take action but he eventually had to as the staff pressurized him alot.
What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different server's? - I have previously owned servers and have helped out with permission managament with alot of them ive been moderator on a few servers and once i climbed my way from helper all the way to the top to a co-owner
How many Staff positions have you held before? - ive held many staff positions in the past such as co-owner, administrator, permission mangager, helper, head-mod, forum admin, and community manager

Sadly, I can't as im not yet of 18 years of age and cant get a credit card and i dont feel my parents would be of any help either.

I feel you should choose me because im mature and understanding. I do not take rash decisions and do not act harshly because of my own personal probelems.
Im very diplomatic and i think twice before i talk. I am generally calm and never get angry at a person unless they continously annoy me after explicitly telling them to stop.
I am a very fun loving person and have a lot of knowledge about minecraft and am willing to always learn more
I also love exploring and interacting with other players to know more about the world.
i feel i can be a strong pillar to this community and will always be ready to help and will get things done quick
I make sure to follow the rules and strictly enforce them may it be the owner or the highest donater or a normal player everyone is equal in my eyes
i work for the beterment of the server when im online and wont waste my time talking to players when theres actual work to be done
